Job description:
Human Resource
● Filing and storing personal profiles of all staff.
● Keeping track of staff turnover rate (with details).
● Creating a collection of tax documents (PIT) for the purpose of giving advice.
● Involved in the Talent development plan in terms of execution (and planning sometimes).
● Coordinating in Talent Recruitment Project.
● Participating in digital transformation activities of the Human Resources department.
Administration:
● Keeping track of and placing orders for stationery on a monthly basis.
● Filing documents and preparing materials accordingly (including printing out all types of forms for use on a monthly basis).
● Doing research and making proposals on request by a direct supervisor.
● Managing all facilities of the company.
● And other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and C-levels.
Event and Engagement
● Meets HRM to discuss and propose about plan for events the whole year.
● Be responsible for coordinating all of the moving parts involved in ensuring events go smoothly, including choosing venues, catering services, and hiring performers, …

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field;
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
● Honest, ethical, and dependable;

● Be responsible and own the job;
● Have the ability to work well with people (interpersonal skills & teamwork);
● Be able to use or learn to use computer office and online collaboration tools (MS).
