About Us:
MAX Education, an international education organization, offers career coaching programs and international academic programs to help Vietnamese students secure scholarships to prestigious global universities such as Harvard, Cornell, UCLA, Melbourne, Toronto, Cambridge, etc. With a team of instructors at MAX who have graduated from renowned universities like Stanford, UCL, NUS, etc., MAX aims not only to enrich foundational knowledge but also to share life experiences and inspire and Vietnamese students as they enter a global learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● To create and launch Marketing campaign (80%)
- Online marketing includes paid and organic
lead generation (Google AdWords and
SEO), social networking
campaigns (Facebook), newsletter, blog, among others
- Offline marketing channels include word of
mouth, seminars and other events,
banners, and posters
- Write copy for all marketing collateral,
including brochures, letters, emails and
websites.
- Understand the product and customer
profile and write thorough specs for each.
- Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the
budget, keeping accurate records
and highlighting where
variances occur.
- Produce an accurate summary of total spend
at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of
marketing campaigns to ensure targets are
met.
- Assist in the production of ongoing
competitor analysis and reporting, with
particular reference to
pricing, presentation and promotion.
- Maintain marketing database to track
marketing effectiveness and efficiency
● To support Sales & Office
Administration activities (20%):
- Coordinate teachers, books, rooms, and
other office facilities to ensure a smooth
performance of office
operation.
- Welcome guests and collect customers
information as instructed.
- Provide instruction & supports related
to office usage for students and teachers.
● And other tasks assigned by CEO.
Criteria:
- Graphic design skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
in Vietnamese; proficient in English
- Creative thinker and capable of generating
unique marketing campaigns
- Ongoing relationships with universities/
colleges/ vocational schools a plus
- Experience in education a plus
- Relationships with media a plus
