Our "Building Extracurricular Activity & Leadership Profile" course is designed to help high school students maximize their high school experience and enhance their profile for top-tier university admission. Through the CASCRL model, we will explore personal interests, research vs internship & leadership, social impact, and career development to build a well-rounded extracurricular profile. Students will also learn how to craft compelling essays that showcase their unique strengths and experiences At the end of this course, you will be able to: - Develop self-awareness and identify personal interests that align with the CASCRL model (Creativity, Activity, Service, Career, Research, Leadership) to effectively plan and participate in extracurricular activities. - Learn how to strategically balance research, internships, and leadership opportunities with social impact to build a well-rounded extracurricular profile that showcases your unique strengths and talents. - Explore the relationship between extracurricular activities and career development, and understand how to use your experiences to prepare for future career opportunities. - Understand commonly-seen essay topics related to extracurricular activities, and develop the skills to craft compelling essays that highlight your achievements and experiences in a way that sets you apart from other applicants.
