Position: Marketing & Communication Assistant Manager

Job description: 

  • Lead the formulation, development, and execution of our marketing strategy, including both offline and online components

  • Manage, build, and train a team of marketing analysts and associates

  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative market analyses, including surveys and other first-hand proprietary research

  • Online marketing includes paid and organic lead generation (Google Adwords and SEO), social networking campaigns (Facebook), newsletter, blog, among others

  • Offline marketing channels include word of mouth, seminars and other events, banners, and posters

  • Manage a marketing budget that optimizes customer acquisition costs and lifetime value

  • Manage network of PR contacts and secure favorable placements regularly

  • Maintain marketing database to track marketing effectiveness and efficiency


  • 2-3 years of direct marketing experience, preferably in agency or MNC environment (exceptional analytical ability and creative mindset will make up for lack of experience)

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Vietnamese; proficient in English

  • Creative thinker and capable of generating unique marketing campaigns

  • Meticulous attention to detail and proactive project management skills, with prior team management experience a must

  • Ongoing relationships with universities/ colleges/ vocational schools a plus

  • Experience in education a plus

  • Relationships with media a plus

  • Graphic design skills a plus but at minimum need experience working with designers


  • Competitive with potential for equity
